Kasidy Carson, DO

Dr. Carson was born and raised in Metro Detroit, Michigan, where her love for primary care began. She started her medical journey working in a pediatric clinic and an assisted living facility, helping to shape her passion for full-spectrum, all-ages care. She stayed in her home state for college where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. During her time there, she had the opportunity to work in both urban and rural/underserved hospitals and clinics, building relationships and aiding patients in all walks of life. Dr. Carson chose to be a family medicine physician because of her love for women’s health, whole-person wellness, continuity of care, lifestyle medicine, sports medicine, and osteopathic manipulation. She is passionate about advocating for patients and helping them to incorporate everyday lifestyle changes to benefit their health. When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Carson can be found enjoying time outside, reading one of her favorite book series, volunteering, spending time with her family, crafting/knitting/crocheting, or trying a new recipe!

Nikol Fedotova, DO

Dr. Fedotova was born in Ukraine and raised in Palm Coast, FL. Her academic journey to medicine began at the University of North Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2019. She later earned a Master’s degree in Medical Science at the University of South Florida. Throughout Dr. Fedotova’s time in medical school at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine, she had the privilege of working in rural, underserved clinics where her passion for full-spectrum family medicine began. She is committed to serving the community that sparked her love for medicine, and is thrilled to be back in the Jacksonville area. In her free time, she enjoys connecting with friends and family, going to the beach, and exploring all the great food and outdoor activities Jacksonville has to offer with her husband.

Carlene Haddad, DO

Dr. Haddad was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology and in Nursing at the University of North Florida, SWOOP! While in undergraduate studies, she completed a clinical research internship in Neurocritical Care at the Mayo Clinic. She worked as an R.N. at UF Health Jax, Mayo Clinic, and First Coast Cardiology Institute before being accepted into the D.O. program at Nova Southeastern University. She is married and has a doberman named Giuseppe and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends at local shows, concerts, or at home, relaxing at the beach, traveling to new places, or trying new restaurants. She is also a Jaguars fan for life and can't wait for the next season to start!

Kimberly Keenan, MD

Dr. Keenan is originally from New Brunswick, New Jersey, and was raised in Oviedo, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio, followed by a Master of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. During graduate school, she developed an interest in integrative medicine while researching Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs in the treatment of Francisella tularensis for her master's thesis. Dr. Keenan went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from Florida State University, where she discovered her passion for full-spectrum family medicine. Her scientific background, combined with her appreciation for integrative approaches to health, reinforced her belief that exceptional care extends beyond treating disease. She is passionate about understanding each patient's unique story and providing compassionate, evidence-based care that considers the biological, social, cultural, and lifestyle factors that influence health. Her goal is to build lasting relationships with patients and families while partnering with them to achieve lifelong wellness. Dr. Keenan's professional interests within family medicine include pediatrics, women's health, lifestyle medicine, and integrative medicine. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing soccer, skiing, running, cooking, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Anthony Kemmer, DO
Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine
Dr. Kemmer was born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida. He attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and later completed a Master of Science in Medical Sciences. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida.
His background in exercise science helped shape his passion for preventive care, lifestyle medicine, and helping patients pursue long-term health through evidence-based lifestyle change. Dr. Kemmer chose Family Medicine because of the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and care for individuals and families across all stages of life. His professional interests include lifestyle medicine, preventive care, sports medicine, nutrition, patient education, and osteopathic manipulative treatment. He hopes to serve as both a physician and a life coach for his patients, partnering with them as an advocate in their wellness journey.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Kemmer enjoys staying active through resistance training, running, basketball, pickleball, and frisbee. He also enjoys spending time near the water—whether at the beach, springs, or a lake—exploring Jacksonville and its restaurant scene, following the NBA, NFL, and UFC, and cooking with his wife.

Emily Miller, DO

Dr. Emily Miller grew up in Texas. She is a second generation Asian American and speaks conversationally fluent Mandarin Chinese. Dr. Miller graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Nutrition Sciences and in Biology. She worked at Family Medicine clinics as a medical scribe before attending the University of North Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Miller came to Jacksonville with the Navy and was stationed at Naval Hospital Jacksonville. She is passionate about Lifestyle Medicine and osteopathic manipulation. Outside of medicine, Dr. Miller can be found kayaking the St. Johns, hiking along the many Jacksonville trails, or finding new plant babies.

Susana Shih, DO

Dr. Shih was born in Colombia, and raised in South Florida. She earned her bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of Florida before completing her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to medical school, she worked as a medical assistant in dermatology, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care. During medical school, she completed a one-year fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Practice, deepening her passion for osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), medical education, and whole-person care. She also has a special interest in lifestyle medicine and empowering patients to improve their health through sustainable lifestyle changes. Outside of medicine, she enjoys long walks outdoors, spending time with loved ones, cooking, meditating, reading, and painting.

Aran Thiravialingam, MD

Dr. Thiravialingam (Dr. T) was born and raised in South Florida. He went to Florida International University (FIU) in Miami where he earned a Bachelors' of Science in Biological Sciences. Dr T has worked in several clinical roles prior to medical school including: patients transporter, ER scribe, and radiology technologist assistant. Given the diverse patient population in south Florida, Dr. T learned Spanish and is certified by the Spanish Government institute DELE (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (English: Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language)) to speak Spanish at an intermediate level (B1). He also achieved a Doctor of Medicine at the FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. As a medical student, he was the Physicians for Social Responsibility Chapter President, where he created a program for medical students to educate patients and community members about the risks of extreme heat and what to do when heat illnesses arise. He intends to serve underserved communities as an attending physician, and address social determinants of health, in particular the built environment and the effects of climate change. In his free time, Dr. T enjoys language learning, doing calisthenics, enjoying the outdoors, and watching cricket (sport).
